I'm unable to complete the checkout process

If your Checkout page resembles the one seen below, we're aware of this problem and actively trying to resolve it. 




The following steps have worked for some users. However, if this proposed fix fails, please send us your mailing address as it appears in the "Shipping Address" fields.
  1. Click the My Account link at the top of the page
  2. Make sure your shipping address is the desired shipping address and click Save
  3. Click the Checkout link at the top of the page
  4. Uncheck the "Ship to Billing Address" checkbox
The spinner will resolve almost immediately when this temporary fix works.
